AXXN – Standard IC engine platform. Shaft power is motive (connected directly to the propeller or pump). Generator provides enough electrical power to run comms, avionics, sensors, etc.

AXXP – Parallel hybrid. Motor/generator can assist the IC engine in providing additional shaft power for time-limited requirements (sprint, take-off, etc.). Additionally, this topology provides more generator output than the ‘N’ configuration.

AXXS – Full series hybrid whereby all available engine shaft power is converted to electrical energy. Use cases include electrically driven craft and gen-sets.
